During March 12-15, 2019 Dear and I went to Singapore. We have not been there since 2006, which is 13 years ago actually, so we think we should go to observe changes there and to refresh our memory. Besides, it is our good chance to use some of our Royal Orchid Mileages which will be expired soon.

The next day we only did window shopping along Orchard Road, had lunch at Crystal Jade, an early dinner of Chicken Rice in the old market and a bottle of good wine at the hotel bedroom.

S.E.A. Aquarium Singapore

After exiting the Universal Studios, we went to the S.E.A. Aquarium, which is home to more than 100,000 marine animals of over 1,000 species. We were fascinated and enjoyed here more than expected. It is one of the best aquariums in the world and highly recommended.

Universal Studios Singapore

The second day at Singapore we went to Universal Studios located on Sentosa Island. The theme park here was pretty small as we managed to go through the park within a couple hours. We chose 5 rides, namely, Transformers The Ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Shrek 4-D Adventure, Madagascar: A Crate Adventure, and Waterworld  Live Water Show.

Dear was planning what to ride in front of the Opimus Prime Transformer.
