I have developed Hordeolum (stye) at the margin of my right eyelid. Therefore I have the doctor removed it by incision at Samittivej Hospital.

Farewell Party for Khun Phavadee

Khun Phavadee (P' Muey) has retired from TISCO after 37 years of working. TISCO friends organize a farewell party for her at the Oriental.


P' Tim Suthinee, Khun Phavadee, Tum Duangrat and Oy Pornsri are happy singing together.

Children Day

To celebrate the Children Day, Dear and I have dinner at Delicatezza, Thong-Lor. We order rocket salad, pumpkin soup, spaghetti with bacon, olives and mushroom and spaghetti seafood with white wine and garlic sauce. They are all very good.

We then have dessert at Greyhound, J-Avenue, where we park the car. We order apple crumble and crepe suzette with vanilla ice cream. The food is so-so but we enjoy listening to the songs played by guitarists at J-Avenue.

P' Ad Pusadee hosts her belated Birthday lunch at Savoury, Siam Paragon.

Hua-Hin

My family and I went to Hua-Hin during January 4-6. As usual we stayed at Ban Kaimook Condominium, of which the owner is P' Oi's friend, who kindly allow us to use her property from time to time.


We bought seafood from Sangvien Restaurant at Cha-am and had dinner at the condominium.

We decided to try some seafood at Jae Kiew (Madame Green Restaurant), where we used to dine here often in the past. Only a few tables were occupied since it was not a weekend.


We found that not only the prices increased, the quality of the food was rather inferior. In this picture, Dear tried to show how bad it was by comparing a crab's leg with his little finger.

P' Tum and family visit Mom to wish her a Happy New Year 2007. Un, his eldest son, returned home three months ago after finishing his Graphic Design degree in U.S.A. Before starting to work, he will enter monkhood on Januray 21 next year at Wat Arvutvikasitharam, Thonburi.

Dear buys a new Nokia mobile phone, to replace the old phone that failed to function. He took his phone with him when he was on the canoe at Koh Mook, Trang Province, last week. Unfortunately, the canoe capsized and Dear and his phone got wet.

Christmas

It's Christmas and I am alone. Dear is away at Koh Mook, Trang, with his colleagues. Mom is going out on her routines as usual. Therefore I decide to go window shopping at Siam Paragon and Central World. This picture is the very big Christmas tree at Central World. Well, Merry Christmas to you!

River Cruise

Mother, P' Oi, Ohm, Paew, Dear and I went on the Chao Phya Cruise in the evening. We embarked the Wan Fah Thai-style boat restaurant at River City Pier. The boat took us along the Chao Phya river. There were some Thai classical dances and we were served Thai dinner on the boat. The cruise took about 2 hours.
